How to order

Contact us with your project scope. We provide a written quotation and statement of work. Payment is due per the quote (PayPal or bank transfer). Work begins after the agreed deposit or milestone payment is received.

Services covered

Pricing & payment

Projects are quoted after discovery. Invoices may be paid by bank transfer or PayPal according to the signed quote or statement of work. Unless stated otherwise, fees are in USD. Milestone payments may apply for larger engagements.

Shipping & delivery (digital only)

We do not ship physical products. Deliverables are provided electronically: source code repositories, staging/production URLs, app build files, documentation, and handover notes. Delivery timelines are defined in your contract.

Cancellations

Future unpaid milestones may be cancelled in writing. Started milestones remain billable per contract.

Subscriptions (SaaS builds)

Recurring engineering or hosting retainers renew per contract terms. Clients may cancel future billing periods with written notice as specified in the agreement.

Disputes & chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, contact us first at info@nimrav.com within 14 days of the invoice date so we can resolve it directly. We will provide milestone evidence and delivery records per your signed statement of work.
